Cooking Directions:

Melt the butter in a large pan and add the chicken breasts.

Cook briefly the meat until the exterior appears brownish.

In a small cup mix coffee, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar salt and hot habanero pepper.

Add the sauce to the chicken breasts, cover the pan and cook thoroughly at medium to low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until ready. Adjust the thickness of the sauce to your preference by adding some water if needed.

Serve the Chicken Breasts with Coffee Sauce covered in their own sauce.

Tips:

The best results can be obtained using espresso coffee but a strong regular homemade coffee can give you great results. Just put a cup of water in your coffee machine with 3-4 spoons of your coffee.

If you have time enhance the flavors by marinating in a cool place the chicken meat in the coffee based sauce mix for up to 2 hours. Flip from time to time. For more information check The Ultimate Guide to Grilling Marinades and Dressing Sauces

Instead of chicken breasts you can use any other cut of chicken or other white meat such as turkey.
