Ham and Pineapple Skewers - Recipe
Ham and Pineapple Skewers are a original recipe for appetizer that you can turn into a great main dish for your last minute dinner.

Peel the pineapple and cut in 1 inch thick cubes.
Dice into 1 inch pieces the ham.
Thread ham and pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers.
Preheat a large skillet or grill at high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes or until ready.
You may use some oil or butter to cook the Ham and Pineapple skewers or as we suggest cook them directly on a non stick skillet for lighter results.
You can flavor the cooking of the ham and pineapple kabob with 3 spoons of soy sauce or balsamic vinegar.
You can also add peppers and bacon as variation for this recipe.
For an original appetizer you can make bite size skewers using a toothpick and wrapping the pinepple with sliced ham or bacon.
