Potato and Ham Easy Casserole - Recipe

Cooking Directions:

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.

Transfer the potatoes in a microwave and oven safe pan. Dress with the oil and mix well. Cover the pan with transparent film and microwave at maximum power for 20 minutes or until ready. Do not overcook. The potatoes must remain firm.

Let cool down for a few minutes and remove the film. Put the potatoes in the pre-heated oven and bake at 400F for about 25-35 minutes.

When the potatoes are sligthly brown mix them well and then add the cheese and the strips of ham.

Cook in the oven for additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven, mix well and serve hot.


To add some flavor to this recipe you can add some onions to the casserole.
