Nutella and Ricotta Cheese Pastries - Recipe

Prepare the Ricotta Cheese Dough as described in How to make Ricotta Cheese Dough ↪.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a layer of about 1/5-1/6 inches of height
Cut the cookies into squared shapes and lay within each of them a little amount of Nutella or Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread ↪ and close the pastries into little triangles. The dough is very easy to seal simply using your fingers. Curve the corners obtaining pastries shaped as shown in the picture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400F in a baking pan covered with a cookies sheet.
Remove from the oven, let cool and spread with icing sugar before serving, if desired.
